Additionally, Suzanne is a certified Pilates instructor, Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner and for years danced professionally. The human body, its complexities and the way we each move has always been incredibly fascinating to Suzanne and she continues to learn ways to to help each student tap into his or her body’s innate intelligence.
One-on-one sessions can be catered to each student’s individual needs, desires, physical abilities, and time constraints, fusing together individual sessions that can blend physical postures, alignment, strengthening techniques, meditation, breath-work, and Thai Yoga Bodywork (an ancient blend of yoga, massage, and energy work.)
